JD :
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
o Pull reports from CRM software on a daily-basis
o Identify sources of cases and assign cases to engineers
o Make a repository of assigned cases and send out management reports
on a weeklybasis
o Watch the channel queues – voice, chat and web-portal – and ensure
SLA adherence
by pro-actively informing team on queue status
o Provide regular and ad-hoc reports to management as & when requested.
TECHNICAL SKILLS:
o Exposure to CRM tools like Siebel / Clarify / Peoplesoft etc.
o Understanding of queue management tools like Avaya CenterVu, Chat
monitors, etc.
o Expertise on MS Office tools, specifically Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES REQUIRED:
o Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing.
o Ability to generate progress reports
o Be a team player with ability to stretch (time-wise) when required
o Willing to work in high-pressure environment
o Pleasing personality and be able to deal with technical staff and management
o Skills in planning, organizing, and adapting within a multi-tasking
environment.
